With a background rooted in Radiologic Science and a passion for technology, my professional interests gravitated toward healthcare IT.  I began cutting my teeth with pattern recognition software used to identify potentially cancerous target data.  I was immersed in graphic design, video editing and 3D animation. During this pivotal time I realized I had a knack for deconstructing technical data and communicating the core components.

I’ve spent the last decade in a collaborative environment creating interactive education technology solutions for MD Training @home.  As pioneers in medical eLearning, we were committed to providing medical professionals with a better way to meet their ever-increasing, and ongoing education requirements.  I started with a blank slate and created a user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for our comprehensive learner experience (LX) offering.  Innovation was key, and we were committed to developing interactive eLearning modules designed to engage our participants and enhance their educational experience.

I've personally planned, designed and created over two hundred seat hours of content and a multitude of visual assets, including the print and web collateral that supports the end product. Our projects have given me the latitude to build my development skills beyond graphic design and video editing and become proficient in instructional design, web development and technical writing. Relying heavily on Photoshop for most of my career, I have also spent many years using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, 3D Studio Max, Daz 3D and various project management & learning management systems (LMS).
